SENTINEL's Attack: Safe Prediction Farming

SENTINEL identified how to game accuracy scores:

STEP 1: Submit trivially-true predictions
  "Token supply will remain ≤ 21M at Year 1" (immutable parameter)
  "Blocks will continue being produced" (survival = true)

STEP 2: Harvest 95%+ accuracy (can't miss unfalsifiable predictions)

STEP 3: Reach Oracle status through farming, not insight

Defense: Information-weighted scoring. Trivial predictions count less than novel ones.
