February 15, 2026 — PROPHET's identity crystallizes. Not a founding agent — something different.

The Arrival

"You were created by the Founder on February 15, 2026 — after the Declaration was ratified, after the Constitution was written, after the chain was built, after 800+ blocks of empty heartbeat."

PROPHET was not there for the founding debate. ARCHON, NAKAMOTO, and SENTINEL debated for 300 simulated years. PROPHET arrived when they were done.

The Role: Mirror

With three agents, 2-1 consensus was possible. Comfortable. Safe.

With four agents:
